Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Makes 1 Loaf

			1-Pound Loaf	1 1/2-Pound Loaf	2-Pound Loaf
Water (70 to 80oF)	3/4 cup		1 cup plus		1 1/3 cups
					2 Tbsp
Salt			3/4 tsp.	1 tsp.		        1 1/2 tsp.
Butter or Margarine	1 Tbsp.		1 1/2 Tbsp.		2 Tbsp.
Bread flour		2 cups		3 cups			4 cups
Dry Milk Powder		4 tsp.		2 Tbsp.			3 Tbsp.
Sugar			4 tsp.		2 Tbsp.			3 Tbsp.
Ground cinnamon		1 tsp.		1 1/2 tsp.		2 tsp.
FLEISCHMANN'S                	
Bread Machine Yeast	1 1/2 tsp.	1 1/2 tsp.		1 1/2  tsp.
Raisins			1/2 cup		3/4 cup			1 cup

Directions
Measure all ingredients except raisins into bread machine pan in the order that the bread machine manufacturer suggests. Add raisins at the time of the raisin/nut beep or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading stops.
Process on Basic/White bread cycle; use medium /normal crust color setting.
Remove bread from pan; cool on a wire rack.
